A warm dog and a happy face

An i-phone shot of a dog picture that I painted yesterday.  I think it's OK technically but a bit generic.
The studio at 5:30pm: note northern hemisphere cousins that it's pitch black outside.  Life sure is different in winter!
A butterfly that I stole from somewhere on the internet, for your viewing pleasure.  Have a fine weekend.

I love your studio shot :) And generic or not - the dog is adorable.

Lovely to see your work in the exhibition at the Northcote Town Hall. Also ran into my old friend Richard Morden!

Puppy is cute Sandra. Would love to see more puppies from you. Visited Craft Hatch and Craft shop today; saw your stickers (cute) and prints. Now in possesion of Sandra E card (yay). Girl with village on head (fav). Loving your posts; your studio looks lovely (if cold and dark - such motivation; eck, hate dark mornings).

Hi Jen, Julianne and Jo -- thanks so much for the comments -- I need to go to the studio shortly but I cannot motivate myself to leave the warmth of the house and go out into the drizzle! Hope you are all having a good Sunday.

A dog wearing bright red argyle is SO not generic. He is gorgeous. There are a lot of polar-fleece toting hounds in my neighbourhood - they could learn a thing or two from your doggie.

Aw thanks Saskia -- I know the fleece type you mean and despite relative ease of cleaning I think they are hideous!! Easy for me to say, as I don't own a dog....
